bySmits.com delivers to 170 countries around the world!
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are a fixed price of €9,50. Note that in non-EU countries an extra tax may be imposed by customs. You may check with the customs of the country where the items are shipped to.

All orders are based on DDU: Delivery Duty Unpaid, product prices displayed are exclusive of all local taxes and duties, and contains 19% VAT as calculated in the Netherlands. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be. Please inform these costs before you order and pay the items. We do not repay the VAT that is calculated for Dutch tax.

Do you ship to PO Box Addresses?
We are able to deliver to PO Box addresses in the US, Australia, Cyprus and United Arab Emirates. Outside of these countries, we can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods.

For foreign orders we accept Visa and Mastercard. Or payment by bank in advanced (T/T).

How to return or exchange

You have 14 days (after you received the parcel) to decide if you want to return the items and get a refund. Making a return is easy. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. Lost your returns note? Just click here
If a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required you will need to place a new order.

It can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Please see below timeframes –
Europe – 14 days
US – 10 days
Rest of World – 21 days
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be done on your credit card if you pay by credit card. Otherwise we will refund the amount on your bank account.
If you have any questions sent us an email returns@bysmits.com, always mention your order number (in Dutch: bestelnummer) when you sent us an e-mail, it starts with 200xxxx.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Warranty
The article warranty is valid for a specific period from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. bySmits.com will return received item replaced or repaired. The warranty does not extend when there is a replacement or repair. bySmits.com is not liable for and does not cover under warranty, costs associated with maintaining the articles.

The overall warranty is valid only with coupon / receipt and within 6 months of purchase.
Defects that are not caused by wear and tear, will be repaired. If a product can’t be repaired you will receive a new product or get a refund.
Complaints that we cannot reimburse include: wear to soles and heels, bare noses in infancy, broken zippers and a misuse caused by other defects that the seller is not blameworthy.
